Colorful Fruits/Seeds

I spotted this plant in Wien's kindy. The fruits is a lot hanging on the tree. I am not sure what it is called in English, it's look like Pinang tree to me. But I don't think it called Pinang or either Pinang version. Really no clue what is the actual name for this plant. If you know, do share with me.

This plant can see easily at our country road side. Our government use to plant it along highway or road side. Look nice when come to fruiting time coz the fruit/seeds look colorful to me.

Another flower that I love the most

Besides Lotus Flower, I also like Lily flower very much. I even had it for my wedding flower boutique as well as for my wedding photo session. I order via florist by myself instead of asking the studio to buy for me. As I don't trust they will buy me beautiful lily..hehehe....

I know many of you know flowers do have their meaning. Here is my finding about meaning of lily:

LILY: Majesty, wealth, pride, innocence, purity, Virginity, Purity.

Seem all are good terms to me. Does this mean I also as pure as Lily? ...well I think I am! LOL

Don't worry, be happy

When my kids throw temper tantrum to me, I try not to become anger easily. I know they are trying to get my attention, hoping me to give in. However if compare to hubby, usually I am the one will go console them first as I don't want to hear all those screams and shouts. Too noisy to me.

Hubby is different. He can let the girls cry/shout/scream at one corner and he do his own thing at the other corner. I wonder did all men are like that? He said if each time they do that to me, and me quickly go and soothe them, then it'll become a habit. Hard to control them next time. Yeah, I am fault again...:(

Tint my window

My room’s window "attack" by bright sunlight during morning session, and this cause me have to wake up once see the bright shinning in my room, else I can sleep till about 10am ++. So I suggested to hubby to get it tinted, so that we can sleep till late morning during weekend.

The bright sunlight also cause my curtain’s color fade very fast. I noticed not even one year, the color had become fade and I have to spend money for new curtain set. I better get san diego window tint for my room window, and if possible, for my living room as well. Since the tinted window able to protect my curtain and carpet, give them longer life too! Must get approval from hubby first since he is the one who pay for it!

No Email Notification from SR

I am surprise why many days no receive any rejected bid from SR. Login my account and check, found out that I have many rejected bid, but how come I never get the email notification from SR. Though in the email, it never mention which bid being rejected but at least I know I got rejected bid. Easier for me to track actually.

Seem like SR also upgrading system now. They announced that they are going to implement "Quality Rating System" for Bloggers. Getting strict now, also getting hard to cari makan for us too! *sigh*

Hamster

I am scare of hamster, rats, cockroaches, lizard, dogs, and a lot more. That's the reason why my hubby called me " smart heart" mummy. In fact I also scare of lot of insects types. Such a useless mummy I am.

Lucky my kids not same type as me, they have more gut than me too. They ever hold or touch those live animals/insects as above. They even hold it and show it in front me. End up I am screaming loud in the house! LOL ...now they know my weakness! *sigh* Hubby is the one telling all these to them.

We can do it!

I have problem do the oil changing for my personal car. You cannot blame me though as I am a lady driver. Well, I noticed most ladies drivers will ask for help when come to oil changes for their car. They can either ask from their hubby or send to workshop and pay for the service. Don’t worry; you can always pay for any services you want.

My Favorite Dessert

Before marriage, I love to make dessert during weekend. At that time, my niece and nephew love it and visit my house during weekend. So I will make some for them. I remember I used to make mango pudding for them. Sweet and nice.

After having kids, I seldom do. Partly due to lack of time at home coz need to juggle with the 2 active toddlers. But I think I will start doing it again since they can be my helper now. Hopefully will not mess up my kitchen.

Let me share with you my favorite mango dessert recipe here:

Main ingredients: 250ml fresh cream/250ml fresh milk/300g castor sugar/500g ripe mango puree/500ml santan and 2 eggs, lightly beaten

How to do

Put cream, milk; sugar and mango puree in a saucepan and bring to a low boil. Remove from fire. Add eggs and santan, and stir well with a whisk until mixture is even.

Then pour into the container and bake in a preheated oven at 150 ºC for about an hour. DONE!

Whipping Cream

Lot of blogger mummies told me to use whipping cream to bake cake. Frankly in my kitchen you will never find it in my shelf. Mainly due to I never use it before and I also no idea how to use it for baking.

Geram + Angry + Fed up

Today at 8.20am I already reached office, very early to me coz usually is about 8.30 am - 8.45 am. Once I sit down on my chair and on my PC, my store leader approached me and give me one set packing list. I had been chasing this set of doc since yesterday coz I had called transporter to pick up the goods to send to Port by today. Now only they pass to me. Never mind...but to my surprise is, they added extra 41 cartons without informing me earlier....wei come on la, I am not the one who sail the vessel. If give me extra cargo quantity, my shipping agent might not accept it....

I felt angry coz this is not the first time they do that to me. Immediately I wrote an email to my GM, OM and my big boss. Hopefully they understand my situation.

Another case for late giving me packing list and invoice, resulting transporter need to wait for more than 1 hour in our factory, just for waiting us to print the doc. I only received the packing list this morning at 8.30am, and noticed production add extra 41 cartons without informing earlier. Bear in mind, if you add extra qty without inform me, anytime the extra goods will not able to enter the vessel due to space constraints, all these need advance booking. You are NOT supposed to add as and when you like. I wonder why YY or ZZ cannot come and inform me yesterday.

I had been chasing for the doc since yesterday and I was told by ZZ that her part is done, waiting for YY to key (or stock it) in the detail into packing list. Why he always need so long time to do the keying, this is not the first time he does this.

Now I am hoping their shipping agent allow me to load the extra 41 cartons.

If you have lot of money and had been settled all your debt, will you go shopping as and when you like? Frankly, I will do that. Not that I like to spend money like water, but once a while we should pamper ourself after working so hard in our life. Am I right?

By the way, I am not only will shop locally, I will also shop abroad. I was told London is the best place to go shopping during Mega Sales beside Hong Kong. But we have use Pound Sterling as currency, which is a quite high expense to me. Never mind, since I mention will only go abroad for shopping if I have extra money.

What is this?

I only learn to know this plant called Monkey Cups after visiting D'Paradise in our recent family trip. Before this I only know it's chinese name : chu long chao. A plant that able to catch insects. New car

My boss just bought another car....Mercedes Benz....I wonder why all bosses love to own Mercedes or BMW. Is this a status symbol or what?

My previous employment bosses also the same, all love to drive big car like I mentioned just now. Among the 3 employments, the current one more thrifty type, coz he only bought second hand Mercedes instead of brand new one.

btw, my boss still owe us increment for this year! I guess he must be getting his increment already, that's why go for bigger car. Look like I've to remind him again. hehehehe....

MIDF, we love you!

Wow, hubby so happy last night after he found out MIDF going to give him extra bonus! MIDF is his favourite share counter all the time, last week he noticed this counter not acted as usual; not so active in other words. So he suspected something going to happen. That is his estimation only, not sure good or bad thing will happen though. But since the share price is within his budget, so he locked in 2000 unit for it.

Why I say extra bonus from MIDF? hehe...MIDF announced in KLSE that they are going to adjust share price to RM1.90 as compare to current price at RM1.50. But I am not really understand hubby's explanation on this issue. What I know is, he is going to earn approximate RM400 from each share. RM400 x 2 = RM???....hahaha...u go figure the amount!

He always teasing me that I need to squeeze my brain and crack my head while writing paid post. But he only need to click, click, click in internet, then able to make money already, which mean his way better than me lor!

Beautiful Lotus

This picture not copy from internet ya. It was taken by hubby during our recent trip to D'paradise Melaka. There is a big pond full with Lotus in D'paradise, so pretty, so beautiful, so nice I tell you. Hubby know I love it, so he took a lot of lotus flower pictures and let me set as my PC wallpapers. Some of my friends/colleague thought I copy from internet...hahaha..they are wrong. They surprise D'paradise has such pretty scene. I told them they should go one day, see with own eyes, don't just follow other comments!

During weekend, my online time usually only limited to 1/5 hr to 2 hour. This is the time where my kids taking their nap and mummy only got chance to do own liking thing. Another Zoo trip

Hubby promised the girls to bring them to Zoo this Saturday. Of course both of them very excited and looking forward for the day. Poor me, not really welcome his idea coz most of time I am the one feel damm tired after the trip. Partly due to lot of walking and the youngest girl will keep asking me to carry her instead of walking by her own.

Chicken rice again?

Yesterday my boss ask us out for lunch. At first he only invited female colleagues, but I feel weird coz usually he will invite our Sales Manager to tag along. So being KPC, I go and call the Sales Manager, at least with him around, he has topic to chat with boss.

We ate chicken rice at nearby hawker store. Frankly I don't think the chicken rice is nice but many of them commented it's nice. OM going to Hawaii

Lately my boss is not happy with the production output figure as well as the total sales value for July month. He called a meeting that included all the managers from production, sales, and quality control department to find out the root cause. Actually my company has substantial orders in hand but the production could not produce the goods in time and meet the lead time. End up we received many customer complaints and some of them even ask for air freight of goods on our company account. Hey, if we have to pay for air freight cost which mean we already make a big loss out of it. Any shipment that incurred air freight cost is not a good sign. That’s why my boss was not happy with the incidents. He put all the pressure onto the Operation Manager, instructed him MUST improve/increase production in 2 weeks time.

Now my Operation Manager is in pressure and he told me wish to go for holiday to de-stress himself. I told him I don’t think the boss would allow him to apply leave and go for holiday at this period. But he said he insisted to do so, else he totally cannot function well in production management. Last night had a conversation with my mother in law; she mentioned that she hardly go for tour lately. I told her that she can plan for one tour if she want, just let me know the date, so that I can apply leave to take care my girls. Chilli Sauce for dipping

I love to eat steam chicken with sauce, any sauce will do. If no sauce, then I will chop some garlic and add some soysauce. This is the most simple sauce. # 10 to 12 bird chillies (cilipadi), finely pounded

# 3 tbsp lime juice

Combine all the ingredients and heat over a gentle flame till almost boiling. Set aside to cool completely before serving.

I need a break.

Lately so many work been loaded to me until I cannot breath I tell you. I even skip my lunch due to the tight working schedule. I told my boss once I settle my in hand project, I will take 2 weeks off and go for vacation. Whether he agree or not, I will go ahead my plan.

Next, where to go for the 2 weeks? I think to Europe is the best choice since we need more days to explore the Europe city. If my plan is smooth, then I might go to Germany. There are so many places of interest there, including Cologne and Cologne Cathedral, The Black Forest, Heidelberg and many more. Alternatively can choice to go during Munich Oktoberfest, one of world's biggest public festivals. I must not miss it.

My hubby always dreams to own a pickup vehicle besides the family car that we are using currently. However right now we are not afford to buy any luxury car, I think after we retire only we can consider to add another luxury car. Frankly hubby is eyeing on the i-290 Extended Cab from Isuzu brand.

The main reason for owing this pickup car is he wishes to drive the pickup truck to go for hunting and drive to his fruit orchard if any. He wants to enjoy life after retiring. Another reason is this extended cab is using diesel engine which save him a lot as compare to petrol cost. Isuzu car’s design have been designed, tested and build for the long haul. Proven the vehicle’s performance is good and reliable.

Mango Ice Cream

My kids love ice cream, I bet most kids love it too. Usually I only serve plain ice cream to them, without adding or topping anything. Now I know we can add whatever we like as topping for it, just to make it more attractive to the kids.

Ingredients and Directions

1 Peach mango peeled chopped

1 Pawpaw peeled chopped

1 tb Lemon juice

4 Egg yolks

2/3 c Icing sugar

1/2 c Thickened cream

1/4 c Fresh coconut milk

1 tb Ground almonds

Garnish: Fresh fruit or mint sprigs Puree the mango and pawpaw together with the lemon juice. Beat the eggs and icing sugar in the top of a double boiler until the eggs are pale and thick. Remove from the heat, pour into a bowl and continue to beat until the mixture is cool. Fold the fruit puree into the egg mixture and add the cream, coconut milk and almonds. Pour the mixture into a mould or freezer tray and freeze for 2-3 hours. To serve: dip the mould into hot water for 30 seconds before turning out, or scoop out as ice cream balls. Garnish with fruit or fresh mint sprigs.

Submitted my own domain to TigaP 2 weeks ago. First time the rejection was due to my blog has "no follow" tag, need to remove it only acceptable according to TigaP TOS. Frankly I do not know how to find the "no follow" tag. I got to seek for help. First person I approach of course is Msau since she online most of time. After the removal, submitted again to TigaP.

After 2 days, received rejected email again. Darn...this time they said they only accept English blog, which mean they saw some of my chinese post lar. Aiyo, so difficult to get approval from them. Never mind, deleted some of the post and resubmit again, hopefully will get green light pretty soon. Wish me luck ya!
