Maybank Vs Loan Shark - Part II

Continue from here ....... I really feel like getting a new lesson learnt after getting the clarification from the friendly Maybank customer service officer. After listening to my inquiry, immediately she reply something like this; Sir, there is nothing wrong with the system, the finance charge imposed because did not making a FULL settlement of your previous outstanding balance Hmmm… how come, I settle the full payment on 26/08 what… I say This is what she reply; No sir, your payment on 26/08 is not consider FULL payment because your previous outstanding balance is RM1840.04 and the payment you made is RM1840. There are 4sen less. According to the agreement, the bank is eligible to impose the finance charge calculated per the formula stated in the agreement. Note: I purposely left out 4 sen just because RM1840 is the convenience number for me to settle the outstanding balance; I thought Credit Card Company will understand me. I really don’t mind if they want to charge an interest on the 4 sen outstanding. Wow!!!!.............. this is ridiculous I feel, I have to pay RM18.41 for the 4sen I hold. How much the interest charge if I translate it into the % ? Can somebody help? If you say the Loan Shark are blood sucker, what about the license banker like this? The Loan Shark will laugh at me if I share with them my experience. According to the customer service officer, it is nothing wrong for the bank to do so because the term and condition for the finance charge calculation is approved by the Bank Negara. Therefore her advice is to make sure I make a FULL settlement to avoid the finance charge. Fortunately, the Maybank customer service officer is so helpful. She waive the finance charge for me !!! since this is the first time I fall into the trap. But she keep reminding me. “No more next time yah… sir…” I should give a big THANK to Maybank Credit Card for giving such excellent customer service. After the lengthy explanation, she further guide me to read through the term and condition printed on the other side of the statement. Oh yah… what ever she said is clearly stated with a tinny font size and printed in light grey color. No dispute. I share the case with some of my colleague; looks like non of them aware of the this and everybody seem like unacceptable when I tell them the truth. Do you ever read through the term and condition printed behind your credit card statement? Better you spend sometime to read through and understand every sentence formed with the complicated boring English and purposely printed in a tinny font size and unattractive color. Look, this is what printed on my credit card statement. This is how the bank make million each year. Now you know, bank is more terrible than the Big Ear Long….

Maybank charged me RM18.04 as penalty

Maybank shock me with their stupid management again! Read what my hubby wrote below...... I am going to copy post by post too! It is my supplementary card from MBB too!

As usual, I expect to receive my MBB credit card statement around this time. Since the statement cut off date fall on 12th day of each month and payment due on the 2nd day of the following month.

MBB really give me a shock this round. Look at the transaction printed below. I just can’t figure out why a finance charge of RM18.41 was imposed although I had settle the outstanding balance 7days before the payment due date.

Do you know? Let’s see whether you can tell me the correct answer.

Well, I did call up to the customer service center to seek for clarification and now I know how the bank make multi million each year through the lack of public awareness of term and condition printed on the other side of the statement.

Allow me sometime to compile the story. I will post it on my next post soon.

My domain site is down..:(

Aiyo...I want to scream loud now!

My domain site is down now!! From 2pm++ till now...now almost 4.30pm lor...hey, 2 hours plus, still show not available to me. The worst part is I even cannot go to my hosting company website to file a ticket and tell my unhappiness towards their lousy service.

Another worst worst thing is I am holding a $15 post that will expired in another 4 hours time. If my site still down at that time, I am going to say bye bye to the $15. Arggggggghhhhh.......

Reject again???!!!

The Campaign review you accepted has been cancelled either because you have not completed the review in the allotted time or the Advertiser has cancelled the order.

I am so fed up when I received email from RM telling me that advertiser had rejected my reserved opp. They titled the email as: campaign cancelled.

This is the 3rd time they rejected my reserved offer, lucky there are not big pay out opp; else I will feel heart pain I tell you. By the way, I hardly do for RM unless I got no pending offer in hand. You know la, $5 for 200W, not so worth to do it ler….

Vacancy also got quota?

Don’t you think this is so silly? Well, if they want private sector to follow quota of Bumi 45%, Chinese 35&, Indian 17% and other 3%, fine, let’s start with some companies like Petronas, TNB, TM first. If these companies can imposed above quota that mentioned just now, I think other MNC companies will follow too.

Correct or not? For university, they already imposed such stupid quota system, now they want private company like MNC to follow too? Don’t you think they are so selfish? They only think and care about their people, never think of others. Come on lar, if your people can work efficiently as other races, no one will “treat” you differently.

Better write less sensitive issue here, else I might be in trouble!

Attitute Problem

Another so-called manager level staff came and disturbs me just now. He really treated me as typist today. I feel unfair to me so I rejected his request on the spot. He wants me type a memo to courier Service Company in order to collect back our goods on our behalf. I ever did that but for my own stuff which relate to my job scope. In fact I had told him the basic points to include in the memo, but he seem not understand and wants me do for him also. This time I don’t want to tolerate since I still have pending job to do at that moment. I IGNORE HIM. Yup, I treat him as transparent. Hey, he is manager, he has 3-4 clear and executive in his room, can’t he ask either one to do for him? Why must ask me? I am not his subordinate after all? I have the right to reject him, am I right? Anyway, I insisted reject him. If he wants to report to my boss, go ahead. I am not scare him anyway. Stupid manager.

He wants to help me...BUT...

Last night I told my hubby I grab lot of bayar post, need to rush out all by today before 12 mid night. Surprisingly he offers his help to me!!! I am so happy you know coz so far, he never come to me and said can help me.

But my happiness only last short while only. I showed him my opp title and he found NONE of them suit his interest, and straight away he hold back his promise…sob sob…

Aiyo, you still can bla anything out ma, rather I alone crack my head…..

WP suspended my old blog

I am shock when I saw my old blog being suspended by Wordpress. No email send to me to inform or even warning me. Their act just like tigaP lately. Suspend us without notice.

Though I had transfer the post to my own domain but I am still not happy the way they handle thing. Therefore I email them immediately.

The first reply I received was as below :

...online pharmacies? WTH is that?? I cannot even recall I had placed ads for any pharmacies!!! They are from support team, they should have my Login ID, why still request from me??? Still feel being unfair to me, reply them and also given my login. Just wait what will they do on me? IF they cannot find the ads, I am going to ask them apology to me! MUST!!

RM reject my post..:(

So many blogger who joined RM(ReviewMe) told me that their post being rejected by them lately. Most common mistake was grammar and spelling error. We were thinking it must be system generated email coz after second submission, they still received the same messages. So far, those who experienced this problem are Vivivava, Miche, Amy and Hui Sia. Now most of them fed up and give up to RM, unless the offer is very good. I mean if the post is worth more than USD5.00

Well, now my turn, my post rejected by RM. After I seek help from Miche, submitted again yesterday and then today I got the rejected email again from them. They told me still got LOT of errors in my post, request me to amend it asap. Sh*t! What standard they want wor???/

Spoil my plan

Currently I am staying together with my parent in law. I always want to have own house and hubby knew about it too. However due to hubby is the only son in the family, hence the responsibility to take care his parents falls on him and we all have to stay with them. Staying with parent in law some how got restriction to me, sometimes MIL will tell me cannot do this and that. This make me feel uncomfortable coz I cannot do thing freely.

I ever suggested to hubby to do a home theater seating in one of the room but MIL not agree coz she said she need the room to put her old cloth and sewing machine. My intention is to let them enjoy the luxury but they refuse it. What a disappointment to me!

*sigh*

Tomorrow is another MEET + THINK session. Though it is tomorrow, but I already start feeling sianz and bored now. Imagine, I am going to waste another 3-4 hours sitting conference room, just to listen they talk craps. No fun at all I tell you.

The worst part is, sometimes my ED will say: hey, you guys all high pay level executive here, couldn't you guys think something constructive ideas to help to boost up the sales or improve production functionality? Frankly, I don't like to hear that, meaning that we all here sit for nothing but just to listen you talk craps? If you know we are high pay staff, why not you cut short your meeting time, and let them back to work station and crack their head to find solutions to solve production problem? Aiyooo...I only can talk craps here too, no way can talk like this to my boss de! Boss always the boss, they dislike you to lead them too! LOL

Oh No...pls help

Last night was trying to receive some payment from PayPerPost, unfortunately I was unable to finish the claiming. Paypal now request us to insert US bank account details which we don't have (or will never got chance to open one!). Feel a bit disappointed; quickly check with other blogger who did paid post. The result is all of us affected!

Michelle reminds me to send a ticket to Paypal, seek for help. I submit immediately coz I don't want my hard earned money stuck there for no reason. She told me someone even called to Paypal US, to ask for actual status. Feel a bit relief, coz me not alone. Just put my finger cross, hoping they will do something and remove the requirement. Else, they are going to loss lot of business online.

Yeah, no joke!

When is my vacation?

This coming Wednesday suppose is the off day for whole nation. However my stingy boss did not recognize it as public holiday for us, else we might have a long holiday to spend our vacation. He promised to have a replacement off day for us. But I wonder when the date is and will he materialized his wish?

No off day for us meaning that I have to cancel my vacation plan at nearest beach. Lucky I have not settle the full payment, else it’ll be a big loss for me. I wonder when I can have my bed and breakfast in future. I miss the chance to spend quality time with my family.

My impression towards KLCC park

KLCC Park very dirty. I don’t like this place anymore, unless the authority really clean and clear the place.

Why I said so? Let me tell you here.

After the KLCC Petrosains, we brought the girls to the park, hoping to let them see the fountains. Unfortunately none of the fountains are functional, so we try to find a place to sit and rest a while. Once we enter the area, all we can smell is the smoking smell, I feel so uncomfortable, so did the girls. They keep telling me why the smoke smells so strong. We also can see cigarettes every where on the floor. The place not attractive to me anymore. Feel sad when I see the condition there. It used to be a nice park few years back but now…..*sigh* really no eye to see!

Sianz

Sometimes I feel tired and sianz towards one of my boss. He gave me so many papers work lately, if I am not so occupied, and then I will do it willingly. Sometimes I am not. Bear in mind, I have 3 bosses in the office now. 2 is active bosses, the other one not much work actually.

What I don’t like is, he like to draft his email in a letter and then ask me type out and then send the soft copy to him via email. Don’t you think it’s very quite stupid act? I know he is boss but to me he is useless la. I should not blog about work so open here but I just cannot stand the way he do thing lar. Help!

Hallmark MV

Saturday night we are wondering at MV, I spotted a Hallmark store. They display a huge Mother’s Day greeting card. I saw it is very nice, so enter the store. I flipped through the card; the 2 girls also follow my pattern. Not even 5 min, one CS girl approach us. She was saying:

Sorry, madam, please don’t let your kids play with our card. Our card is very expensive. (She took one card and shows the price to me). This card cost RM23.90. You see, it’s very expensive. Please don’t let your kids play with it.

Chey, I cannot even interrupt when she is telling me all these. So LCLY!!! My girls just flip the card like me; they are not spoiling or damage your card! Do you think I will continue staying there? Nope, I put down my card, and left the shop immediately. See, they loss one potential customer.

I may not have siu lai lai look and may not buy the card from you, but why you must say these kinds of words to me?? Such a lousy customer service attitude.

So frust.............!!

I feel frust this morning. Another time the lorry driver giving me trouble and never inform me earlier. He again late in sending my cargo to port, when I call him to ask for more details, then he starts scolding me pulak. Complaint I never submit my shipping doc to forwarder before hand and cause him have to wait few hours there, wasting their time bla bla bla…that’s why late lor…..

Sh*t!!! Earlier morning make me angry and frust. I cannot tahan and scold him. Later I only found out is my forwarder who add oil add sauce, they are the one who not get ready my doc because I already faxed to them earlier on. Kanasai….I quickly give them a call and scold them back. The officer that handles my doc was on half day leave and he never hand over to other staff to continue doing it. Just leave on table like that. So when my driver reaches their place, only they start searching high and low for the doc. This cause the delay.

I don’t care, I am going to write in my complaint letter to their top management next Monday. Perhaps it is time for me to change forwarder.

Where is the child safety concept?

Sad to say, my hubby had send this complaint to McD Malaysia via their JustTellUs page. He sent it 2-3 months ago and we revisited the place last month, it seem no action being taken. So we have to take turn taking care the girls while they are playing there. Seem like no one at McD care about our kids safety! I will forward again this letter to them!

Another Booming night

Today is 9th day of CNY, and our Hokkien races people celebrated another round of this festive. They do another round of praying at night and of course they will light up the firework and firecracker as well!

We sleep around 11pm, but exactly at 12mid night, we can hear BOOMING here and there already! Wien sound asleep as she skips her afternoon nap, but Lyon wake up. She wants me cover her ears cos too LOUD for her. Lucky she not frightened by the loud sound when she sleep, else sure she cry non stop. I cover her ears and continue sleeping; but hubby cannot sleep back and this causes him lack of sleep. *sigh*

Hey, where are those people? I thought they want to catch those who play firecracker and fireworks wan?

What's wrong with her?

I don’t understand her.

Each time when she came to our house, sure she‘ll compare the height between Wien and her daughter. Ya la, ya la, her daughter is taller than Wien, but not necessary to tell and say everyday, right? So sianz, whenever I heard she said: aiyo, still ah sim taller than you ler! You have to eat more lar! Bla bla bla….

Kanasai…..none of your business if my girl shorter that anyone. To me, height is not the best way to tell who is better than whom. Hey, why not compare who is cleverer? I am sure Wien is much much than her girl, in any aspect! (hehehe….aiyo, me also do comparison now * slap forehead*
