My hubby is a skinny type of person. No matter how often and frequent he takes his meal, his weight still below ideal weight. Before marry, many of my friends told me that my hubby will gain weight after marry. And they even ensure me majority of men will put on weight and have little tummy after married. However those assumptions are totally not applied to my hubby as his weight still below ideal weight even though we are already married for 8 years. LOL
My hubby never worry about his weight eventually, he only wish to build muscle and make him look more “man”. His theory is as long as he is healthy, then it is more than enough for him. Ok, back to his muscle building issue. Lately he is quite often going to gym to do exercises as well as attending bodybuilding training. As he knows only via this way, then only he can build muscle mass and gain weight fast.<>pI am not sure how effective it is to build up muscle via bodybuilding training. Perhaps he should also try out some nutritional supplements that able to build muscle too. with both way, hopefully he can achieve his target faster!
