Apple raisin muffin

I found a recipe for apple raisin muffin from cyber kuali, hopefully the end result will be great after I try to bake it. Here is the recepi:

Ingredients

# 1 apple, coarsely chopped

# 3½ tbsp lemon juice

# 150g castor sugar

# 150g butter

# 2 large eggs

# 1/2 tsp vanilla essence

# 100ml apple juice

# 225g self-raising flour

# 1/2 tsp baking powder

# 1/2 tsp bicarbonate of soda

# 75g raisins
