My niece just finished his Diploma in Business in local university. Now he is in dilemma whether want to proceed to degree level or enter working life. My suggestion to him is if financial is affordable, do consider proceed to degree level coz right now diploma holder is all over the place now. It is easier to get high pay position by holding a degree in hand.
