Beef stew with mushroom

Simple recipe for beef stew with mushroom:

1 1/4 pound flank steak

1 tablespoon olive oil

1/4 cup carrot, diced

1/2 Spanish onion, diced

1/4 cup celery, diced

1/2 pound mushrooms, black trumpet, chopped

1/2 teaspoon garlic

1 teaspoon tomato paste

1/2 cup dry red wine

2 cup chicken broth

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper

1 tablespoon sage, chopped
