So happy...so disappointed...

Last night I was so happy coz received 3 tasks from SR advertisers. Each offer I bid for $20.00 and were accepted by the advertiser. That's mean I can get $13.00 (65%) for each post, it's a lot to me. However today when I check my mailbox, noticed it was a fraudulent purchases via SR system. They had removed the bid from the system too. Haih...so disappointed.....

Below is the email received from SR seeking our attention:

It has come to our attention that fraudulent purchases have been made through our system. You were approached by an advertiser to write a review for one of the following Domains:

-- 9SEM.com

-- Eyemiss.com

-- Hidrotips.com

Unfortunately, these purchases were made with stolen credit cards and we have no choice but to return the money to the credit card holder and delete the order in our system. We hope that this email reaches you prior to you completing the review. If you have not completed the review, please disregard the order. We have removed it from our system. If you have already completed the review, we ask that you delete it and remove it from your site.

We apologize for this inconvenience and for any time you spent writing the review. We are taking measures to prevent this from happening in the future. This sort of fraud is rare and difficult to catch through standard fraud prevention schemes.

We appreciate your understanding and your continued support. Please submit a support ticket if you have any questions.

Hi Michelle,

The advertiser checked out and the credit card they used was real. We charge all cards prior to a blogger being given a job.

Unfortunately the card was stolen but not yet reported, so there was no way to know that there was going to be a problem.

With that being said, we have put up new safeguards and it would be very hard for this to happen again. In addition, we will be covering the bloggers time in the future, so the majority of the burden will be on us.
